APP-FND-01050" and "APP-FND-00730" while trying to enter a serial number at reservations form

I performed a reservation against an item with a quantity at the demand level in Oracle R12 Applications and attempted to enter the lot and serial details. I can successfully enter the lot, but when I try to input the serial number, the system throws the errors "APP-FND-01050" and "APP-FND-00730." I reviewed the note "Flexfield Error In INVSDCAS APP-FND-01050 APP-FND-00730 (Doc ID 284339.1)" for guidance. Additionally, I should mention that I defined the serial number at the receipt level in the item attributes. Can anyone suggest the best solution to resolve this issue in Oracle R12 Apps?
