Shipment Confirmation Issue

HI,

I am facing an issue with the shipment confirmation process. The shipment confirmation works fine up to line 21 but fails afterward. We are using a standard application, and this issue has been persistent.

Could you kindly suggest what could be the cause of this issue and provide a possible solution? Any guidance or steps to resolve this would be greatly appreciated.
