Need to connect Repository Creation utility to Azure SQL Database in EPM

I need to configure EPM 11.2.15 (later I will do an upgrade to 11.2.20) - I'm not successfull when I try to connet to the azure SQL database. The database is running, I also have the Admin user for the Azure SQL database but I cannot find a right connection string that allows a connection.

errors like this one:

ERROR assistants.rcu.backend.validation.StepValidator: oracle.sysman.assistants.rcu.backend.validation.StepValidator::isConnectionStepValidated: SQLFatalErrorException:
oracle.sysman.assistants.common.dbutil.SQLFatalErrorException: Unable to connect to the DB. Check if DB connection details entered are correct.
No suitable driver found for jdbc:sqlserver://sqlsrv-hyperion-dev-testinst.database.windows.net:1433;databaseName=hypdb-hyperion-rcu-dev;encrypt=true;hostNameInCertificate=*.int.mscds.com;
