Need to Send Email when Candidate is Rejected due to Position Canceled

Hello!

I need to send an email to a single candidate when the candidate is rejected in their Candidate Profile and then the reason selected in Position Cancelled.

If they are rejected due to not qualifying etc., then a separate email with different verbiage would send.

How do I set up an email to send when rejected due to position cancelled under the candidate profile?
