Exclude all on Available refinements with LIKE function

I'm currently encountering an issue with the ECC Framework, specifically with the Available Refinements . For example in the Procurement Command Center when I try to exclude all items that start with "HA", I enter HA% in the search bar. However, when the "Exclude All" option appears, it only applies to the items currently visible in the list—not all items matching the pattern in the full dataset. To see more results, I have to click "Show More", but that often includes unrelated items (like %HA% instead of only HA%) or causes the list to endlessly buffer.It's worth noting that when I use
