Freequent invoice and receipt data orruption

We have very high number of AR invoice and receipt data corruption cases causing tremendous impact on customer service. Every time we have to create SR. There is no consistent methodology in resolving this leading delays in getting fixes.

Any suggestions on this will be highly appreciated
