Can I use datapump to export/import SOA Suite 12.2.1.4 schemas to a new database?

Oracle SOA Suite
Version 12.2.1.4

We are migrating the SOA repository database from Exadata X8 (on-premises) to an Oracle Cloud Exadata X9M (ExaCS) environment.

I would like to confirm if we can perform the export of the database owners (opss, mds, soainfra, etc.) from the on-premises database and import them into the new Oracle Cloud Exadata database using export/import. Or would it be necessary to recreate the schemas through RCPU?

Are there any bugs in version 12.2.1.4 that are preventing export/import?
