what is RRS_SITES_EXT_PKG? Can someone please let me know usage of this package?

Below is the patch details I have in database.

Can someone tell me RRS_SITES_EXT_PKG in RRS schema? It's a standard package. I am seeing DELETE_ROW() procedure is deleting records from RRS_SITES_EXT_TL and RRS_SITES_EXT_B table. Can we use this package and it's DELETE_ROW procedure to delete record from RRS_SITES_EXT_B and TL table?

We work with Oracle site/supplier hub and ego based objects.
