Siebel CRM version 24.5.0.0.0

Siebel Tools desktop version

I have the issues that settings i configure udner View → Options → Obejct Explorer are reseted every time i restart the application. Is there a config file other than tools.cfg where this is saved or are there any other reasons for this behaviour. Also the Use terms popup windows always appaers when starting siebel tools dekstop version.
