State manager upgrader xstore

Hi,

On v24 release notes is indicated that there is a new state manager tool:

Estate Management

 

A System Upgrader application was included in Xenvironment to simplify and improve the upgrade process. This application replaces the update-jre.bat. Retailers only need to upload one consolidated upgrader for Xstore, Xenvironment and Xservices instead of multiple upgraders.

Could you share where I can found more details/the documentation of such tool?
