Need help creating a resource pool

Trying to assign a team of 5 to an activity so that is shows a capacity of 40h/d.

But when this Resource Pool is assigned to an activity, the Units per Time defaults to 8h/d, not 40h/d.

I suspect this is due to the calendar assigned to the resource, however, I don't see an option to increase the work time per day to 40h/d in the "modify calendar" dialog box.

The most allowed appears to be 24h/d.

Is there a work-around to allow a capacity of 40h/d? Or is there another way of assigning this resource to show the proper amount of capacity a day (40h)?
