Setup of Export Channels for Serialized Coupon or Bounceback coupon

In Customer Engagement,

We can generate coupons by selecting Email and Phone in Export Channels, but

we didn't receive any email template with details of Serialized/BBCoupons after export/save of promotion.

Looking for suggestions, how customers defined in the target would receive coupons as we do not see any email or phone notifications.
