How to manage unified_audit_trail data ("audit data") for alerts?

Oracle 19c: We can't afford audit vault. Is there a way to create a monitoring/alert system with the audit data being filled up in the unified_audit_trail? Ideally we would like to move all the data in the view "unified audit trail" outside the database(s) and then monitor and get alerted based on various metrics.
