Is there a dynamic way to migrate a virtual switch within the same controller domain?

I need to install a new HBA card, create a new virtual switch on it, and then migrate the configuration to this new virtual switch on the same controller domaoin.

Is it possible to perform all these steps dynamically without any interruption?
