Siebel CRM Attachment Issue
Requirement:
For an automobile customer, we need to attach files larger than 2 GB. We are unable to attach files exceeding 2 GB as part of service request activities attachments. Therefore, we tried integrating a Document server with Siebel using symbolic strings based on an Oracle handbook document, but it seems there is a licensing issue.
Can you please provide solutions to resolve the issue of attaching files larger than 2 GB? For example, is it possible to integrate with a Microsoft Teams shared folder or any other relevant solution to achieve this 2 GB attachment requirement at Siebel?
