Siebel Age calculation defect fix

Hi Experts, we have known issue in Siebel for a while about the Age calculated field in Contact BC. The Age is not calculated properly for Leap years. Due to this one of our customers facing issue for issuing loyalty points and offers on a certain age (say example as soon as customer turns 20).

Could you provide a solution for this so we can fix? I read in Oracle support for custom solutions and to google :) I already read the Doc ID 3013090.1 and Doc ID 1385094.1
