ERROR: snmp-user-entry has reference to address reference entry which does not exist

Hello all,

on Acme Packet 3900 SCZ9.2.0 Patch 3 (Build 124) we try to activate snmp v3 but we are getting the following error even the address entry is correctly configured.

ERROR: snmp-user-entry [snmpv3User] has reference to address entry [Zabbix] which does not exist

Below are configuration for the 2 elements

snmp-address-entry
name Zabbix
address 159.95.144.0/24
trap-filter-level

snmp-user-entry
user-name snmpv3User
auth-protocol SHA256
auth-password ********
priv-protocol AES128
priv-password ********
address-list Zabbix

Please advise what is wrong.
