Lead Time Rollup (R30822A) Not Calculating Results and Related Work Order Issues
We have had a complete turnover of our group that manages routers, so we are seeking help to guide us and them.
I have several times with a valid router that does not have any information in the Leadtime Calculations despite running the R30822A program.
Additionally, if I go into a work order header and try to have the system recalculate the Start date based on the end date, the two dates calculate to be the same. For instance, even though there are 320 queue hours in addition to the run time, the requested dates are 7/10/25, the start date calculates to 7/10/25.
