How to change out web server

I am looking for the install instructions/guide on how to change out a web server (this will be for an HTML server and separate AIS server). I can only find the guides on how to switch out a Deployment Server and Enterprise Server.

I am on Tools Release 9.2.8.1 (during this process I will be upgrading to 9.2.9.2).
Weblogic 14.1.1
