report suddenly stopped

Dears,

we have a customized report that was scheduled to run every day every 15 minutes.

The report was suddenly removed from the scheduler without any user intervention.

it stopped running without any logs or error messages.

we have added the report back to the scheduler and it is working fine, however we were wondering why would a report suddenly be removed from the scheduler without any human intervention.
