How do i know what global attributes are available for using in table "po_vendors"

product: EBS 12.2.11

we need to add a new object to the supplier data page and want to store the data in one of the attributes or global attributes that are unused in the table: po_vendors.

how can we know if the attribute or the global attribute is free to use ?
