How to add dynamic table at the Add Project Proposal form in any Workspace.

In OPC, I am trying to insert a dynamica table (like unifier line item) in the Project Proposal Form. However after adding table in a form, I am getting options like: cashflow, evaluation table, support, depends on. But not helping to insert row at the run time. Please Help me with resolving the issue.
