Notify Customer of Expired Card

We are currently on 12.2.9 (updating to 12.2.14 within 3 months)

Good day gurus!

Does Oracle have functionality that can alert us when a customer's card is expiring based on specific date parameters? We have scenarios where some customers are invoiced and payment instruments charged (using automatic receipts) on a specific day of the month. We would like to alert the customer x days before that invoice is created. Are you aware of any method that can assist with this functionality? And is there any type of notification that can help facilitate notification to the customer?
