where RMK values come from when running R42800 for a sales order

We create a sales Order, suppose number 12345.

After R42565 we run R42800 and in F03B11 in RMK field we have ''Sales Order12345'' like that.

Where does it come from ?

Text Sales Order come from where ?

Is it possible to say to the system to assign the value of F4201.VR01 or F4211.VR01 in F03B11.RMK field as the RMK field doesn't exist in F4201/F4211 ?
