NEW! AI Enhanced Search Experience Now Live on MOS Customer Portal

We're pleased to announce a new Generative AI Solution feature, powered by Llama, is now live on My Oracle Support. This innovative technology is designed to enhance your search experience by providing a summarized answer at the top of the search results page when five or more words are used in the search. If the AI is confident in its response, you'll see a concise summary, along with references to the original content that informed the answer. The search often works best if you include specific product information and errors in your search criteria.

Your feedback is important in helping to refine and improve this feature. If you encounter an AI-generated summary, let us know if it is helpful (or not) by clicking the thumbs up / thumbs down buttons provided on the search page. Your input will enable us to fine-tune the search experience and to improve the accuracy and quality of the generated responses.
