How to disable 'Add Expense' button on MY Wallet page

I am currently looking for a way to hide or disable 'Add Expense' button on the MY Wallet page for Delegate users. Ideally, the Delegate should still be able to view wallet entries for other users, but without having the ability to Add new expenses themselves. Please let me know if you need any additional information or clarification regarding this request. I would be happy to provide more context if needed. Please refer the attachment.
