How to control HA SBC via SDM?

Hello,

Could somebody explain me please, how can an SDM know which of two SBC-s in an HA pair is ACTIVE? As I can see, it is possible to change the configuration on both via Configuration Manager.

I added both SBCs in Device Manager with Network Function = Device (Not Device Cluster), and set their mgmt IPs as Primary and Secondary IP.
