Benefit Deductions Set-Up for 26 Pays

My company current pay frequency is 24 pays per month. We are looking at changing the pay frequency to biweekly or 26 pays per month.

If you currently pay 26 pays, how do you set-up your benefit deductions for 26 pays? Do you set the benefit rate table to "Biweekly"?

Do you skip the third pay if there are three pays in a month? If so, how is that configured for benefits and the pay calendar table in the system?
