Using the My Oracle Support Portal (MOSC)

I can no longer see any of my new or past technical service requests

Hello,

When I log into portal and got to dashboard or the service requests tab, no requests are showing.
I believe I have one open request that is pending - SR #3-40350073891.

And when I select all requests none of my past closed tickets show either.
The only request I see in one in the "Drafts" window for one I have not submitted yet.
I only have one SI number under my account and I checked that it was selected.

Is there possibly some other setting that I can check?
