Enabling Attachments in the Material Transactions form (INVTVTXN) EBS R12.2.9

Hi, I have enabled the attachments icon in the Material Transactions (INVTVTXN) form (Transactions —> Material Transactions). The goal is to be able to query a transaction in the form and add attachments to the record. The result so far is that we are able to add attachments, but the attachment is not tied to a specific transaction. If I query one transaction and create an attachment. If i query a different transaction, or a group of transactions, i will see the attachment when I click on the paper clip whether or not the
