I'm trying to convert account balances out of the F0902 and have a question regarding the table.

I'm attempting to map a GL conversion out of EnterpriseOne using the F0902 into another system. Nearly every account has a Beg Balance/PYE Forward value for the fiscal year. The trial balance for many of these accounts for the FY is zero, meaning they would not want to convert. How can I use the F0902 to determine whether the account should be converted? Do I need to approach this, instead, by running a trial balance for each year?
