Create AR process is ending in error

The create AR process (R48199) is ending in error if there are lot many billing workfile records in F4812. It has partially processed records into F4812H and some records struck in F4812. We have done the SQL to resolve the issue, does any one else facing the same issue? There is already bug raised for this

Error in the log shows as : XRCS_parseXMLString: Exception encountered, returning err
