mutual TLS configurations - performance issues

Hi, do you have any examples of mutual TLS configurations for Oracle databases (TLS 1.2) that have good performance, database searches, handshakes, etc. My current problem is that in the mTLS configuration (single server version), responses to client requests from the database are sometimes very slow, even though no errors are visible. It has been mentioned before that both client and server wallets need to be carefully configured and also all the *.ora files, but I haven't found any tips/improvements on that either? I would mainly like to ask about a proven and efficient mTLS configuration for an Oracle 19c
