F40318 not displaying Test Type or other data

have a test spec set up in F3701 for an item. The test was added to a Preference Profile in P40318. On the screen, I can see the test type TTTY. However, when I check the table (F40318), the field is empty, along with several other fields. We are unable to see why the results are not displayed in the table.

However, when I go into the table F40318, the fields are blank (tests for Shelf Life and COFA Verification are also blank):

Is there something we are missing in our initial setup or preference that is causing this?
