TAM: How To Enable Automatic Changes For Custom Application Dispositions In Recruiting?

We are on PeopleSoft 9.2, PUM 49, Talent Acquisition Manager, Recruiting

We have created additional interview disposition statuses (ex: 062 Phone) in addition to using the current 060 Interview disposition status.

We found this article TAM: How To Enable Automatic Changes For Custom Application Dispositions In Recruiting? (Doc ID 3030283.1), however; is not working for us.

What is not working is when manage hires is reporting back to recruiting solutions to update the remaining candidates that are in our custom disposition statuses. It is not putting them into the 110 Reject status as it does with the delivered 060 Interview disposition status and the other disposition statuses (ex: 050 Route disposition status).
