Problem with AWR Report

Hi,

For several weeks now I have been observing SQL_ID=dsgb8rrt377mh, which is executed in every plugin and container database.
The query appears in the AWR report in the top of "SQL ordered by Gets (Global)", "SQL ordered by Reads (Global)", and "SQL ordered by UnOptimized Read Requests (Global)".
In AWR Report information about GETS, READS etc contains only N/A data.
Collecting Fixed Objects and Dictionary statistics does not cause SQLID=dsgb8rrt377mh to move lower in the AWR report.

Questions:

  1. What does N/A mean - values ​​below or above measurable
  2. If N/A is below measurable, then why does this SQLID appear at the top of the list?
