I'm encountering the error "Branch/Plant Invalid."

I’ve already reviewed the following document, but it didn’t resolve the issue:
E1: 43: The Error Branch/Plant Invalid (0964) Displayed at Voucher Match (Doc ID 2562349.1)

Could you clarify what the system is using to validate the Branch/Plant against? Brach Plant SC? 14?
