Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. upgrading to EMCC 24ai from EMCC 13.5 RU25 using non-sys user

i have now create a now sys-user as "SYSMAN_ADMIN" following the MOS note.

my question is when one needs to upgrade from 13.5 to 24ai can i use this new non-sys user also for the silentupgrade ?
