APEX Upgrade

Dear Concern,

We want to upgrade APEX to the latest version, so we need document for upgrading from 21.2.7 to the latest version.

Also, please confirm:

  • Do we need to upgrade the Oracle Database as well (currently using 12c)?
  • We are currently using the APEX application through Tomcat, so is there any need to upgrade ORDS (Oracle REST Data Services) as well?

Kindly provide a brief explanation regarding all these points and also share a step-by-step document so that we can upgrade everything properly.
