Why Orders Get Created by an Anonymous User Rather Than the Source User

in Siebel Open UI, Tools, Scripting and EAI (MOSC)

Built inbound REST Service and the functionality of the service is orders needs to be revised/updated and provided the service to external system (CUSTOMUSER). When incorrectly configured, revised orders are shown as last updated by Anonymous user (GUESTCRM) instead of (CUSTOMUSER) in the application.
