Currently there is a process which used VB porgram and SSRS report to send the list of SRs to customers to process the SRs.

Process : Whenever a certain type of SR is created and activity under it is authorised, VB program picks it up and sends those SRs to related partner to process those SRs, once they send the file back, completed SRs are then closed in Siebel using VB.

Another process uses SSRS report subscriptions to send the authorised SRs to a partner to process those SRs and once file is sent back completed SRs are closed in Siebel.
