Is it possible to disable Approval through Members of Collaboration Teams in RFQ?

Every time i create a RFQ the supervisor is automatically added in Collaboration Teams tab as Approver for the RFQ. Its possible to delete it and to approve as creator of RFQ. Is it possible to skip this step or to disable the collaboration team approval? There should not be any approval process for a RFQ.
