OLVM : Remove VM from Inventory: Disk Removal Tick Box

OLVM version 4.5.4

When attempting to remove a Virtual Machine, the Tick Box for removing disks at the same time is ticked and greyed out.I do not want to remove the disks at the same time at this stage.

Any suggestions to fix will help.
