Warning 2597

We've had an issue where a sales order is entered and then "disappears". There is no trace of it in any of the F42 tables. However when another sales order is entered the user is getting the 2597 warning of a duplicate customer order. This basically is proving that the original order was created but I don't know how this validation is happening.

Any idea what table may be getting checked?

We are on 9.2
