FYI notification in AME, sending notification for approval or reject, more information EBS R12.2.11

hello,

in this busness case, i create a work request and i send it to approval By AME , i handeled my AME for work request as follow steps:

1- attribute, 2-conditions, 3-action type, 4-approval groupe and i created the rules for approval and for FYI notification.

the users A,B,C for approbation and user D for FYI notification.

but if i create a work request and send it to approval,

1- user A approuved (awaiting for work order)

2- user B approuved (awaiting for work order)

3- user C approuved (awaiting for work order)

4- user D As A.B.C users, not for FYI notification!!, i want for user D just FYI without cheek box (awaiting for work order,reject,more information).
