Hi,

I am trying to download

Patch 37641958: GI RELEASE UPDATE 19.27.0.0.0

and I getting a strange message "You do not have permission to download patches. Request permission from your company's my oracle support administrator"

I already downloaded OJVM Patch 37499406.

Pl. help. Thanks
