EBS 12.2.14 on prem installation with separate db and app servers with ECC running on its own server.

I did the initial deployment of ECC to our UAT environment and it seemed to work as planned. Then I implemented it into Prod and most things worked but one of the ECC Data loads was failing so I decided to run the ECC Analyzer against it and it suggested the ECC Host and Port appear to be incorrect along with saying ECC_SECURITY is NOT SET. Now I'm not sure what I did to get here but I can see based on the values the Analyzer shows that the EBS Host lists the ECC Server and the EBS
