Update Selling Price in Order Management HTML not possible

I´m trying to change the Selling Price on Line level for a Item, when I want to save my change I getting the Error Message: no manual discount available. This only happens when a modifier for Charges is applied on Line Level, if it´s not than I can just override the Price. In Form it´s working fine.

Does anyone know what could be the reason?
