Request advise with Migrating from On-Premises Oracle to AWS Oracle RDS

We are migrating from On-premises Oracle to AWS Oracle RDS. We do request any suggestions/solutions/best practices/user experiences etc.

The oracle version is Oracle Database 19c Enterprise Edition Release 19.25.0.0.0 - Production both in On-Premises, & AWS Oracle RDS.

Our database size is ~ 56 TB.

We do have around 380 tables, and out of these 24 tables have multiple nested_table_Columns.

We are exploring various solutions.

01) Using transportable tablespaces via RMAN with a minimal downtime (Limitation:- source database is TDE enabled, hence can't be implemented).

02) Oracle Golden gate (Limitation:- Do not have License).

03) Data guard (Limitation:- Not sure If license covers AWS).
