How to Query to See Who Created an ID?

Hello!

We are doing some analysis and need to report on which users created which emplids, to assess how. What is the easiest way to query so we can see which operator ID created a particular emplid? The PERSON record does not have a 'created_by' or 'scc_row_add_oprid' field. What are some ways to achieve this?

We are running CS 9.2 PUM 34, and HCM 9.2 PUM 49 on PeopleTools 8.60.15.
